The Bake House Gets A New Coffee Shop

Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV/KTWT-TV) "We order coffee from all over the world," said Paul Graff.

The Twin Beans Coffee Company started their business by selling coffee at the Farmer's Market. Two years later the company just opened its first coffee shop in the back of the bake house.

"It actually came about because a friend of mine was moving and decided to sell his roaster asking if I was interested in buying it," said Paul Graff.

Needless to say Graff bought the roaster and their business continues to grow.

"It would be nice to just continue to make this a successful business here and possibly buy another couple of roasters and increase the roaster business as well as open a café on the North side of town would be nice as well," said Graff.

The Twin Bean Coffee Company orders coffee from around the world and then it's roasted before being served.

"We try to coax the best flavor we can out of each of the beans to develop the flavor profiles that we're looking for and we also blend beans to develop certain aspects of coffee that we want to come out a little bit better," said Graff.

A new location that will be roasting coffee well into the future.
