It's part road rally.. part scavenger hunt .. part skills challenge .. The Twin Falls Great Adventure Race promised to have it all today.
The race was also a way to raise money to refurbish the College of Southern Idaho Fitness Trail. Ten four-person teams came out for the event.
It started at CSI's expo center - and cost $75.00 per team.
The objective for each team - solve twelve clues .. involving different parks or businesses around the city, complete a challenge at each location, and then get to the next site. Racers were ready for today's challenge.
Racers Ruan Maughan and Dan Guthrie were at the event. "I'm expecting to win and I'm expecting to win, but we're not on the same team. I've been beating him at everything for years so that continues today."
The team that finished first won an 8-person float trip down the Hagerman stretch of the Snake River - from High-Adventure River Tours.
