Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) The College of Southern Idaho's Earth Day celebration included a Sustainability Fair.

Heating and insulation businesses, non-profit organizations, and the Department of Environmental Quality all had displays today. The co- chair of the Sustainabilty Council indicates that economics and ethics also are part of taking care of the environment.

Jan Simpkin, Biology Professor at the College of Southern Idaho, says, "I think a lot of it is for people who don't want to go back to being cavemen again. How can we live a modern lifestyle, but do so in a way so that it will still have resources available for future generations."

Simpkins points out with seven billion people on the planet, we all need to save energy and other resources. Additionally, insulating your house will also save you money on your power bill.

The Sustainability Fair at CSI began three years ago.
