UPDATE: Tornado Warning Has Been Downgraded For KMVT Viewing Area

UPDATE: The National Weather Service has issued a tornado warning for Blaine County, Northwestern Cassia County and Southwestern Minidoka County until 5 p.m. Saturday afternoon. The cities within Blaine County are affected plus Burley, Rupert, Albion, Raft River and Heyburn. According to the NWS, the doppler radar indicted a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado just south of Burley at 4:05 p.m. It was moving east at 35 m.p.h.
