Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) The 'Trick or Cart' event will take place this Saturday, October 25th at the Lynwood Shopping Center.

The event is a way to provide a safe environment for families to come and trick or treat.

This year's theme is fire safety and children can trick or treat at all the businesses in the center.
