Twin Falls County Commissioners Dismiss Resident Appeal
Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) Twin Falls County Commissioners dismissed an appeal applied by a Rock Creek Resident.
A permit was requested for a gravel operation in the Rock Creek area when a resident filled an appeal against the permit back in June. By county code, the individual didn't comply with the appeal process. "The issue is there is an appeal process you need to follow in order to get a hearing on an appeal and see if he can get that decision changed, he didn't follow that process” said George Urie Commissioner, Twin Falls County. Commissioners said, they gave the resident every opportunity to follow the correct procedures for filling an appeal. The gravel permit requested has been approved. Comments ( |
