Twin Falls County Fair Arsonist Sentenced
Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) The man who pleaded guilty to starting a fire in the open beef barn at the twin falls county fairgrounds was in court Monday afternoon.
Roman Scott Barbier received a 10 year unified sentence, 3 years fixed, and 7 years indeterminate. "Follow the states recommendation 10 years unified sentence, 3 years fixed, 7 years indeterminate. I will order court cost paid off and I will suspend that sentence to four years probation” said Judge Richard Bevan, Twin Falls County.
