Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) - The Twin Falls county Sheriff’s office is looking for some community comments. As part of the Sheriff’s office strategic planning process, 500 county residents will be receiving a survey in the mail around March 29. According to Lori Stewart, the survey was created with the assistance of the College Of Southern Idaho Small Business Development Center. Using their technology, the participants of the survey were chosen in a random sampling process. Surveys will be mailed by and returned to the Small Business Development Center where the responses will be correlated into a report.

The information gathered will be used to identify general trends in citizen satisfaction, help us evaluate our performance and identify ways to provide better service. This is an important part of our strategic planning process. “We are excited to get the feedback from the community and to implement that information into providing the best service possible,” states Sheriff Tom Carter, “I want to thank our residents for helping in this important process.”
