That’s because the twin falls county west offices are officially open.
Walking down the halls of the new Twin Falls County West building is a great feeling for Commissioner Terry Kramer.

"Last week we finished moving our last county offices that are in the county west facility this should be a permanent location for the next 50-years, for all the non-judicial services that the county offers,” said Commissioner Terry Kramer, Twin Falls County.

County officials decided to use the previous St. Luke's hospital building because of the prime location. it also offers plenty of parking.

"Very convenient, very modern, and very easy to get around once you figure out how to do it” said Kramer.

The county is occupying 80-thousand square feet of the building; it's a one stop shop with eleven county offices.

You can find the DMV, treasurer's, clerk's, planning and zoning, and social services offices all within walking distance of each other.

"If you have county business to do this is the place to stop, you need to stop by our new county west facility. Our entries for the county are on the east end and on the north side, that will give you access inside the old medical building its easy access to get in,” said Kramer.

A building that has been around for decades, which is now transformed to serve the public.

The remodel cost 3.3 million dollar the money was set aside during the St. Luke's merger.
