Twin Falls Man Gets 3 Years Of Probation
Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) A Twin Falls man was sentenced to 3 years of probation this afternoon for his involvement in a 2012 robbery.
Last October, Michael Smith broke into Beckmons Gaming Paradise on Blue Lakes Boulevard with a few other people.
The group made off with over $5,0000 in merchandise.
They then attempted to sell the goods at other gaming stores in Idaho.
Judge Randy Stoker decided on a withheld judgment and placed Smith on 3 years of probation.
Along with probation, smith is also ordered to pay a small amount of restitution.
He must also receive a mental health evaluation.
