Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) A popular Twin Falls park will be closed this coming week.
Shoshone Falls' neighbor to the east, Twin Falls will be closed to the public for up to a week, according to Idaho Power.
Spokesperson Dan Olmstead tells us the parking lot will be resurfaced as well as the boat ramp and part of the road leading down to the park.
This is all part of regular maintenance for the company.
"This park and everything is owned by Idaho Power. And it's part of what we do up and down the Snake River to provide recreational opportunities for our customers and visitors," adds Olmstead.
Idaho power began operations back in 1916. The electric utility employs approximately two thousand people.
