Twin Falls Planning And Zoning Approves PUD Revision

Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) The Twin Falls Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing for an apartment complex planned for northwestern Twin Falls.

The proposed revision to the Planned Unit Development agreement would allow for a 60 unit apartment complex to be built. The proposed location is the west side of 1300 North Field Stream Way.

The commissioners unanimously recommended to approve the amendments, subject to the conditions laid out by city staff members. Now the proposal goes before the Twin Falls City Council for another public hearing on Monday, October 3rd at 6:00 p.m.
