UPDATED INFORMATION: Twin Falls Police Investigating Incident At Local Bank

UPDATED INFORMATION: 4:40PM Zions Bank employees activated their panic alarm after a man returned an hour after leaving for the first time. Employees said he made threatening remarks. Police say Alan Olson, 32 had attempted to cash a check around 2:15pm but employees refused because his ID was mutilated. He left the bank upset saying he would return with a mask and gun according to Lt. Craig Stotts. About an hour later, the subject returned and bank employees pushed the panic button. Olsen had returned from the DMV and was able to produce a new identification. Stotts said he did not have a mask or a weapon either time he was in the bank. Olsen was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and trespassing at Zions.

Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) A mid afternoon incident at Zions Bank in the 1800 block of Blue Lakes North have Twin Falls police working to find out exactly what happened. Much of the activity has moved from the bank location and is currently centered around North Blue Lakes and Cheney drive. Police have not released any information. KMVT is following this developing story and will have the latest as it becomes available.
