UPDATE: Police Locate Vehicle After Suspicious Mall Incident

UPDATE: Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) Police locate the driver, children and car. All found safe.

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) Twin Falls Police are looking for a car after witnesses describe seeing the driver strike a bleeding child.

According to Sgt. Brent Wright, the incident happened in the Magic Valley Mall parking lot between Sears and Magic Valley Cinema around 3:45 Friday afternoon.

The driver is being described as an Asian man. No official word on the age or ethnicity of the child. The driver left before law enforcement arrived.

One of the witnesses suffered an injury, but refused medical attention. Police didn't comment on what exactly occurred during the incident, but unconfirmed reports reveal the driver ran over the witness' foot after a confrontation.

Police have issued an Attempt To Locate for a white Dodge Neon with Montana plates BAJ816 with a rack mounted on the car.
