Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) A candidate running for Twin Calls County Sheriff spent some time visiting with the community on Saturday afternoon.

Kelly Hassani's message is 'People Before Politics.

A group of community members visited with Hassani Saturday afternoon at the Twin Falls City Park.

His background includes financial crimes, investigations, computer forensics as well as jail care and custody of inmates.

Hassani shared with us some of his goals if he takes office.

"There are a lot of things we really want to do, but the first thing we're going to do I believ, we have too many administrators and we need to cut the administration a little bit, where we have less administration, where we put more people like on the road, or on the floor in the jails."

This is just the first of four meet and greets with Hassani.

He'll be at the Twin Falls Assisted Living Center on the 16th at 10:30 a.m.

Election day is just around the corner, on November sixth.
