Twin Falls County Sheriff's Deputy Charged with Domestic Battery

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) - A Twin Falls County Sheriff's Office Deputy is in trouble with the law.

Sergeant Michael J. Cooper was arrested and charged with three counts of domestic battery.

Cooper was arraigned in court.

He has been on paid administrative leave since December 7th.

Cooper's preliminary hearing is scheduled for next Friday.

Bond was set at $100,000.
