Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) With Operation Facelift in full swing, there are projects all across southern Idaho. Let's take a peak at one of them in Twin Falls.

On Saturday morning the Twin Falls Chamber Board of Directors took on the Buzz Langdon Visitors Center as well as the bathrooms. Or simply put, the visitors center perched next to the Perrine Bridge in Twin Falls.

Earlier this week, Boy Scouts power-washed and scraped paint off the facility. Then on Saturday morning, board members contributed giving the center a fresh coat of paint.

Chamber officials say they want more of a welcoming facility to make a better impression on the visitors.

"The visitors' center is a great opportunity as people come into the Twin Falls community. So being able to beautify to the area and make a pleasant appearance as people come through," says Debbie Kytle, St. Luke's.

Mary Fort, Addison Photography adds, "mainly making the Magic Valley look better. I know there are a lot of projects and it's just sprucing the community up."

Officials say Subway, Fred Meyer and Lowe's also donated to the project.
