Two-vehicle accident in Jerome sends woman to the hospital
JEROME, Idaho (KMVT-TV) One person was taken to the hospital following an accident in Jerome.
The wreck happened around three Saturday afternoon at South Lincoln and East Avenue E. Jerome Police say both the drivers of a Ford Taurus and a Dodge pickup were headed north on South Lincoln. When the driver of the pick–up stopped to make a left turn, the driver of the Taurus didn't stop in time and rear–ended the truck. The female driver of the Taurus was taken to the hospital with a broken ankle. Anti–freeze leaked from the car onto the roadway and the northbound lanes were blocked for about thirty minutes.
