USDA To Pay Hispanic And Women Farmers

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) Women or Hispanic farmers and ranchers who believe the USDA denied their farm loans between the years 1981 and 2000 can file a claim for cash awards. The total awards and tax relief payments add up to $1.33 billion nationwide.

The USDA is also offering up to $160 million in farm debt relief. The deadline to file is this coming Monday, March 25th.
