Hansen, Idaho (KMVT-TV) The search for a missing Hansen man is over.

The body of 32–year old Ty Vincent Seamons was found at 12:15 p.m. Sunday, about a mile and a half from where he wrecked his car.

Roughly fifty friends, family and search and rescue members started looking for Seamons Sunday morning.

It took about two hours to locate his body.

"We got a call yesterday of a vehicle in a canal. We could not locate the subject that had been driving. Search and rescue crews were called out last night," said Steve Vaughn, Twin Falls Sheriff’s Office.

Crews searched the area for four and a half hours last night.

The Canal Company cut the water flow to the area overnight bringing the water levels down significantly.

Seamons was last seen by his family on October 3rd.
