Urban Renewal Agency to Discuss 'Brown' Lot
Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) The Urban Renewal Agency is meeting Tuesday to make a big decision about Downtown Twin Falls.
The URA is considering a development agreement which would allow First Federal to purchase the 'Brown' parking lot. First Federal would like to use the parking lot to expand its Downtown location. The bank would purchase the parking lot for $60,000. The price is about 2-thousand dollars more than what the URA paid the city of Twin Falls for the 'Brown' lot in May. Comments ( Most Viewed |
