Vacancies on Twin Falls' Development Impact Fee Advisory Committee
TWIN FALLS, ID (KMVT-TV) - The City of Twin Falls is looking for interested individuals to serve on its Development Impact Fee Advisory Committee.
There are currently two openings on the committee, one of which needs to be filled by a community member who is active in the business of development, building or real estate. The committee generally meets twice a year. Duties of a Development Impact Fee Advisory Committee member include: -Advise the city of the need to update or revise land use assumptions, capital improvements, and development impact fees -Monitor and evaluate implementation of the capital improvements plan -Report any perceived inequities of the capital improvement plan or development impact fees.
