Veterans in the Eden and Hazelton area got a big thanks from the community and school this morning.
Valley Schools held their special Veterans Day Ceremony.
In attendance were fifteen veterans from all but one branch of the military. They held a special folding of the flag presentation. Plus, they handed out information to the fifth grade class on proper flag etiquette.
After the ceremony nearly every student went and shook the veteran’s hand. There are about 600 students between elementary and high school.
