Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) The Twin Falls visitor’s center is well on its way to completion.
Crews have finished installing the steel pillars that will house the actual visitor’s center.
The center will be the key staple in encouraging out of town visitors to explore not only Twin Falls, but the entire Magic Valley.
The center will also house the Twin Falls Chamber of Commerce Office, along with the Office for Southern Idaho Tourism.
That means this location will be a powerhouse of southern Idaho knowledge.
"Our goal is to celebrate everything we have throughout southern Idaho that people come to enjoy... like spend and recreate... and really showcase that as a chance to spend a good vacation here," explains Shawn Barigar, Twin Falls Chamber of Commerce.
The visitor's center complex is expected to be completed no later than the end of the year.
Along with all of the other amenities the center will house, a community conference room will also be available with a beautiful view of the Snake River Canyon.
