Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) - With the heavy rain that fell in the South Ford of Warm Springs road in the Ketchum Ranger District is closed from Red Warrior to the top of Dollarhide. According to Julie Thomas with the district, crews will begin this week to work on the road. She said due to the severity of the washout, it may take several days to repair.
The 227 road on the Fairfield Ranger District also has washed out and is closed and impassable from Big Hole to Skeleton Creek. This will prohibit travel from Big Smokey to Featherville. Signs have been posted at the forest boundary on the west side of the Fairfield Ranger District and at the Big Smoky Junction on the east side.
Camas County has made repairs to Willow Creek road east of Fairfield and that is now open to the trailhead.
