Sun Valley, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) The 17th Annual Sun Valley Wellness Festival is just around the corner.
The schedule is jam-packed with events going on all day, including workshops, presentations and speakers.
The keynote speakers include swimmer Diana Nyad, who swam 110 miles from Cuba to Florida, and Kris Carr, who's an author, filmmaker and health advocate.
"I think it's a great opportunity to play on the strengths of Sun Valley and hopefully introduce to more people. And I also think it's a great festival because it has events for people of all ages," says Michelle Griffith, Sun Valley City Councilperson.
The five-day Sun Valley Wellness Festival kicks off next week.
