What's Selling For The Easter Holiday?

Tools

By Joey Martin

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) With Easter just right around the corner we wanted to know what are some of the hot ticket items being sold this year?

Last year Americans spent close to 17 billion dollars in Easter related merchandise.

With that amount of money changing hands, local retail stores such as Target have seen a huge increase in sales during holidays such as Easter.

So we wanted to check in and see what are some of those items flying of the shelves.

“Our biggest seller is more of our candy, which is typical for Easter. We have a lot of miscellaneous stuff that we put in our baskets and our Easter clothing is a big seller right now.” Said target Employee Ryan Thornquest.

Now if you're kind of a procrastinator, officials from Target have assured us that they will be fully stocked on merchandise until after Easter.

So you still have time to get out and buy your candy and eggs for the holiday.
