Woman Accused of Sexual Abuse Will Stand Trial
Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) One of the two people accused of lewd contact with a minor and sexual abuse is going to stand trial in 5th District Court.
45–year old Kandi Mohr waived her right to a preliminary hearing today. Mohr is headed to district court where she's facing five charges including lewd conduct with a minor, sexual abuse of a child under 16–years old, and injury to a child. 45–year old David Meyers, who has also been accused in the case, has postponed his preliminary hearing until November 9th.
