Jerome Accident claims the life of a mom and her two children reported missing earlier

Jerome County law enforcement authorities have confirmed that the car that was located earlier today, was the one they were looking for after a Northside woman and her two children were reported missing. Sheriff Doug McFall said the vehicle was removed from a canal 3 miles north of Jerome late this morning. Inside authorities found the bodies of the three missing individuals. At this time, Sheriff McFall said he is treating this as an accident.
On Wednesday, August 18th, Alisha Hepworth, who is also known as Alisha Field, left her rural Jerome County home to meet a friend in Gooding. Alisha had her two children, 7 year old John Hepworth and 3 year old Mahailla Hepworth with her.
