Post-Coffee Workout May Help With Weight-Loss
(CNN) - Drinking coffee before a workout can help burn more calories.
That's the conclusion of a study published in the international journal of sport nutrition and exercise.
According to health.com the Spanish study found that trained athletes who took caffeine before working out burned about 15 percent more calories hours after exercising.
Coffee has been linked to several health benefits such as increased circulation, better memory and less post-workout pain.
