Boise, Idaho ( KBOI ) More than 200 people went under the clippers Saturday for the annual St. Baldrick's fundraiser to help wipe out childhood cancers.
This was the scene at the Knitting Factory.
Some of the folks who got their heads shaved include the CEO of St. Luke's David Pate, along with other hospital workers and folks from law enforcement.
Folks here are happy to show their support for children battling cancer by giving up their hair.
"Oh it's amazing it just warms the heart and it's just an uplifting and incredible experience to see everybody out here supporting st. Baldrick's is phenomenal," Tammy Eslinder, the event organizer.
The goal was to raise $75,000. This was the 10th year in Boise for the event.
