Drivers React To Falling Gas Prices
Los Angeles, California (CNN) There is a ray of sunshine for all you summertime drivers out there.
Gas prices have dropped 23 cents since last month. Triple-A reports the national average for a gallon of regular unleaded is now down to three dollars and 45 cents a gallon. It's welcome news to many drivers, especially in states where prices have been well above the national average. Here's what some people in California are saying. "It's dropped tremendously, man, and it's helping a lot. Everybody at work is talking about it. It's great" "The way that I drive-I drive a lot, so it's beneficial to me that it is dropping, but, hopefully, it stays down" "I still think the United States paid much less than the rest of the world, so we've been spoiled way too long so I don't complain" Experts say falling demand for gas is behind the lower prices.
