Seattle, Washington (CNN) You won't find plastic bags at grocery stores in Seattle -- not anymore.
A ban on single-use plastic bags went into effect on Sunday.
Despite months of warnings, reporter Kristyn Cadell found some shoppers were still taken by surprise.
