Stranded Dog Rescued From Cliff In Oregon
Gresham, Oregon (CNN) An Oregon woman was reunited with her two-year-old pitbull Tuesday night.
Daisy went missing about a week ago but was spotted Tuesday morning on a steep cliff, about 200 feet above a rock quarry. At first the quarry owner said it was too risky to try to scale down the cliff to rescue the dog because the walls weren't stable. But a Gresham fire rescuer was later allowed to cable down with a harness and grabs the dog. It appeared to be uninjured and happy to be taken back to its owner. Comments ( |
