San Bernardino Votes to Declare Bankruptcy
San Bernardino, California (CNN) The Southern California city of San Bernardino has voted to file for bankruptcy. It's the third one in the state to do so. The city is facing a 45 million dollar budget shortfall and the possibility of not being able to pay its workers. Stockton and Mammoth Lakes both voted to declare municipal bankruptcy in the past couple of weeks.
