Boy's Recipe Wins Trip To White House
Horace, North Dakota (CNN) A boy from Horace, North Dakota boy likes to cook and eat healthy foods.
And that has earned him a trip to the White House! This is eight-year-old Logan Rosene. He's not looking in the refrigerator for soda or junk food ... he's all about his vegetables. According to Logan, salty, greasy foods are yucky. He loves healthy meals so much, Logan and his mom sent his favorite recipe to the First Lady's Healthy Lunchtime Challenge. Now, Logan's going to be Michelle Obama's guest at the first-ever Kids State Dinner in a couple of weeks. "The coolest thing would be having the honor to be there. Not too many people are probably able to go there and to just to be in the same room as the first lady is something pretty special."
