Two Employees Safe After Hostage Situation At Yuba City Big Five Sporting Goods Store
Yuba City, California (CNN) Two sporting goods employees are now safe, after being taken hostage by a gunman this morning.
It happened at the Big Five Sporting Goods store in Yuba City, California. Witnesses say the gunman fired a shot into the air before grabbing a cashier in what police believe was a robbery attempt. All but two employees managed to escape. It took four hours for the suspect to release the employees unharmed and surrender to a hostage negotiator. Comments ( |
