Actress Lindsay Lohan Is Identified As A Suspect In A Hollywood Burglary
Los Angeles, California (CNN) - Actress Lindsay Lohan has another brush with the law.
Lohan and her assistant were suspects in a burglary at a wealthy investor's Hollywood Hills home.
But the Los Angeles district attorney decided there was not enough evidence in the case to prosecute.
The prosecutor's report says cash, keys and other items were missing from the home of Sam Magid.
The report says Magid "had a long-standing relationship" with Lohan.
But when he learned Lohan was a suspect, he and the other victim in the case decided not to prosecute.
Lohan is still on probation for a shoplifting conviction last year.
