Founder Of Kids Group Arrested For Sex Assault
Aurora, Colorado (CNN) - A man who founded a charity to help homeless children has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a child. Police say Rick Koca assaulted a minor he was supervising in Aurora, Colorado over the course of three years. Koca founded "Stand Up for Kids" in 1990 and the non profit has offices in 37 cities. "Whether it was under the guise of good work or what his motivations were, we don't know. But obviously when somebody is that connected to youth for this long, our fear is that there may be more victims out there." Police say the 69 year old Koca is a retired Navy officer and was a scout master in Panama, as well as a volunteer at an orphanage in England.
