Wildfires In Eastern Washington Char Thousands Of Acres And Prompt Evacuations
Kittitas County, Washington (CNN) - Smoke filled the sky over eastern Washington state Wednesday.
Wildfires are charring thousands of acres. Emergency officials are urging some residents near the Table Mountain Fire to evacuate. The fire has burned some 95-hundred acres since being sparked by lightning on September eighth. Emergency officials say the blaze is growing quickly and residents should leave as soon as possible.
