Police Looking For Bank Robbery Suspect

Boise, Idaho (KMVT-TV) - Authorities in Boise are investigating the report of a bank robbery that happened this morning. Police say they received the report of the armed robbery at the bank in the 7200 block of West Fairview Avenue happened at 9:27am. Witnesses tell police the suspect demanded cash from the teller, but did not display a weapon. The suspect was last seen leaving the business on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. A search of the immediate area did not result in an immediate arrest. No one was injured during the incident. The suspect is described as a light skinned male, approximately 6 to 6'3", possibly wearing a red shirt, red hat, dark colored jeans or slacks and sunglasses. A reward of up to $1,000 is offered by Crime Stoppers for information leading to the arrest of criminal suspects.
