Body Found In Boise’s Ann Morrison Park Sunday
Boise, Idaho (KMVT-TV) Boise police say they have tentatively identified the body of a man who was found in Ann Morrison Park late Sunday Afternoon.
The Ada County Coroner's Office has identified the body as James Allen, 47 years old, with no known address, recently known to be living as a transient in Boise. The Coroner's report, released this morning, says an autopsy revealed no obvious sign of injury. Toxicology tests have been orders, however, results can take several weeks. The cause of death at this time remains undetermined. Until a cause of death is determined, the investigation into the man's death will remain open. Officers say there’s evidence the man’s body has been in the park for some time, with the time of death likely prior to Sunday. Police say the mans body was found in the sourthwest corner of Ann Morrison Park lying partially in a small canal near the duck pond just below Crescent Rim Drive. The body was found by a citizen using the park, who immediately called 911 at 5:44 pm. Comments ( |
