Cold Case Suspect In Court
Seattle, Washington (CNN) - A Seattle homeless man pleaded not guilty Thursday to a decades-old murder in Maine.
63-year-old Gary Raub is charged with murdering Blanche Kimball in 19-76. Her mutilated body was found inside her Maine home. Police arrested Raub Monday after tricking him into giving them his D-N-A. An undercover officer asked him to take part in a fake chewing gum survey. They matched his D-N-A to evidence from the scene. Raub once lived with Kimball before the murder. He was considered a suspect back then, but there was not enough evidence to hold him. Raub remains in jail in Washington state pending extradition back to Maine. Comments ( |
