Man Accused In 11 Yr Old's Kidnapping
Cody, Wyoming (CNN) - A judge Friday chose to keep a two-million-dollar cash bond for a man who was accused of kidnapping and assaulting an 11-year-old girl.
Here you can see the suspect, 39-year-old Jesse Paul Speer, being escorted in and out of court. The girl from Cody, Wyoming was abducted on October 8th by a man who allegedly enticed her into his car. Police say the suspect lured the girl in by asking her to help him find his missing puppy. The girl was eventually found and reunited with her family. The judge set Speer's preliminary hearing for next week. He faces charges of kidnapping, aggravated assault and use of a firearm.
