Man Threatens Hispanic Workers With Ak-47
Portland, Oregon (CNN) - Portland, Oregon authorities arrested this man Wednesday, after he allegedly threatened construction workers with a loaded A-K-47 assault rifle.
Authorities say 43-year-old Charles Larson arrived at the construction site with the gun in his truck and started threatening anyone who looked Hispanic. "Apparently he was upset about Hispanic men getting construction jobs and was threatening some of these construction workers who he perceived to be Hispanic." No one was injured. When police were called to the site, Larson tried to drive away, before surrendering. He's facing a list of charges, including: drunken driving, intimidation and unlawful use of a weapon.
