Woman Injured While Crossing Moscow, Idaho Street Is Cited For Unsafe Walking In Crosswalk

Moscow, Idaho (KMVT-TV) - A 21 year old Boise resident was injured while crossing a street in Moscow after being struck by a vehicle. Police say Grace Drynan, 21 of Boise was crossing Main street Monday afternoon when she was struck by a vehicle driven by 83 year old Norman Hovey of Moscow. According to police reports Hovey failed to recognize that traffic had stopped for a pedestrian in the crosswalk . Hovey was cited for inattentive driving and Drynan was cited for unsafe walking in a crosswalk. Drynan was wearing semi dark clothing and had ear buds in.
