TAYLOR, Utah (AP) _ Weber fighters got a quick lesson in irony
after finding themselves battling a blaze right where they worked.

A fire at Weber Fire Station No. 66 on Thursday scorched the
roof and took just a few minutes to get under control. Damage was
estimated at $15,000 to $20,000.

The station, one of the newest in the district, was scheduled to
host a new conference Friday about more than $400,000 in grants to
upgrade the district's older stations with sprinklers and alarm
systems.
