Utah gets top prizes in beer competition

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) _ Six Utah beers are among the best.

Utah brewers are bringing home two gold, three silver and one
bronze medal from the 2008 World Beer Cup competition in San Diego.

The top Utah beers were a German-style brown ale from Squatters
Pub Brewery and a pale ale from Uinta Brewing.

The competition included 644 breweries from 45 states and 58
countries.
