Escondido, California (CNN) - Who would steal a Salvation Army kettle?
That's what police in San Diego are trying to figure out.
Authorities say a thief walked away with a kettle filled with hundreds of dollars in donations.
The theft comes at a time when donations are low and the need is high.
Christian De La Rosa reports.
