Escalator Malfunction Causes Minor Injuries
Bellevue, Washington (CNN) - An escalator mishap at a Macy's in Washington state sent four people to the hospital.
A spokesperson for the Bellevue Fire department says the escalator suffered a mechanical failure. From the looks of it, the steps came lose leaving at least one rider hurt. Crews cut the power to the moving stairwell to prevent any further injuries. No word on what caused the malfunction. Comments ( |
